We are currently in the process of getting approval to build a sun room off the wing living room.  This is to be large enough for a good sized dining table.

Planning permission has been granted (see the planning application here); we are now applying for the building warrant.

All being well, work may begin during the winter of 2009.

The Building Warant has been granted.  Work will be done so not to effect any visitors enjoyment.

Sun room walls & roof on.  Large window installed and door frame in.  Moving of window in hallway and knocking through will not happen for a few weeks so as to not make a mess for guests.

The  Sun room is constructed and in use!  Additional WC is yet to be installed and some additional internal decoration.
